Jubilee Worship Center
The Healing Rooms of Greensboro
About Us
![]()
Pastors Allen and Carolyn Lee
began Jubilee Worship Center in
July of 1998. After serving in
pastoral
functions in former churches, they agreed
with God's timing for
the Call
as full-time pastors.
A SAFE PLACE:
Jubilee Worship Center
was birthed out of their burning desire to create a safe,
shepherded environment for God's people to gather, be cared for, to
learn from
God's Word, and to love one another. Their desire in creating this
haven
is for
the bruised, blind, broken, and bound to come for
healing of their
souls.
And that is what is happening!
In their midst
* hearts are being mended...
* many are being trained up as ministers to serve in church...
* many go beyond the walls of Jubilee to take the Good
News of the
Kingdom of God
to a hurting world.
JOINT MINISTRIES:
Both Allen and Carolyn co-pastor. They equally share the ministry as
well as the pulpit. Personal experience has taught them that the
Father's love to His Body comes through both male and female
expressions. They complement one another while ministering to
His children,
trusting a more well-rounded gifting.
JUBILEE
Worship Center
The passion of this church is to do the will of the Father--nothing
less
nothing more. The Pastors, as well as the leadership who work with
them,
seek the mind of the Lord before making any decisions that affect
the church. With both Pastors being shepherds at heart, they wish to get
involved directly with the lives of their people. They wish to remain
pure in heart and
undefiled in the workings of church administration,
in
order to have their hearts and hands free to directly touch lives.
"Keep it simple, unentangled, and unadulterated!" is their theme.
THEIR FAMILY:
The Pastors have four children, all of which are grown and on their own.
They are Allen Jr., Jennifer, Patrick, and Bethany.
They love the Lord and serve Him in their unique ways. Three of their
children have
given them nine grandchildren: Travis, Spencer, Maggie, Daniel, Jack, Ben, Gavin, Lindsay and Gracie.
PASTOR ALLEN:
After ordination, Pastor Allen was a church leader
and conference speaker. Many pulpits opened to him in various
churches
and retirement homes. Pastor Allen was an adult Sunday school teacher
for nearly 20 years. His teaching is real and transparent;
he's not
quiet about his personal struggles and victories. His tender heart
and
compassion for those in need draw many to him for prayer and counsel.
His disarming humor stirs his audience.
Pastor Allen has a heart for world missions and acts as an apostolic
overseer to the ministries headed by Apostle Wisdom Ameku of Ghana, West
Africa. He is also earning his Doctorate of Theology Degree from
Christian Life Educators Network, Columbus, GA.
PASTOR CAROLYN:
Carolyn had been a busy mother at home
for many years
homeschooling the last two children.
While home-based, she taught Sunday school with her husband and led
numerous Bible studies. In 1995, she began full-time ministry. An
author, she has written and published home school curriculum on Church
History. She has authored articles in magazines. A frequent conference
speaker and guest minister for retreats and conferences,
she ushers the
hungry and thirsty into an intimacy with God the Father.
Pastor Carolyn,
though ordained, she is also earning
her Doctorate of Theology Degree from
Christian Life Educators Network, Columbus, GA.
Both Pastors have joined Covenant Life Ministries,
with Apostle Frank
Harvey as the oversight.
Apostle Harvey’s ministry is based out of the
church he pioneered,
New Covenant Church, Clyde, NC.
